Terms of Service

These terms govern the HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation services provided by Climate Control LLC. By scheduling a service, you agree to these terms. A separate written estimate applies to each specific job.

We quote a clear price before any work begins, so you know the number up front. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Financing is available through partner lenders for qualifying installations.

We provide a 12-month labor guarantee on repairs and installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment installed, and we handle warranty registration on your behalf. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Scheduled appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Maintenance plans are annual with no long-term lock-in beyond the current term. A fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the scope of the work performed. We carry appropriate insurance for our operations.

We aim to resolve any concerns directly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Climate Control LLC operates. Any legal action arising from these terms will be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
